I think I've linked to Mattie Colquhoun's blog Xenogothic here before, but you should check it out if you haven't in a while. I didn't realize that today makes nine years since Mark Fisher's death. I think it says a lot that his work remains such a crucial reference point for so many. I read Capitalist Realism again this year and I was better able to appreciate how he wove different thinkers and perspectives together, making the reader want to dive deeper. I can imagine he was a good teacher, I enjoyed listening to some of his talks and lectures.

L train's been down this week, which has been a huge bummer for the early commute. I'm suprised I wasn't late at all in the past few weeks. I'm lucky to have a decent enough job, and it's an interesting place to be standing right now.
